This website (cadanti.ai) is provided for informational purposes. You may browse it freely. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute its content without permission.
2. Services
Cadanti AI provides process-audit and AI-agent deployment services to businesses. Specific terms for any engagement — scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, ownership of outputs — are set out in the written Statement of Work agreed with each client before work begins. These website terms do not constitute a service contract.
3. Intellectual property
As stated in our engagements: client deliverables — agent code, documentation, runbooks — become the client's property upon payment. Cadanti AI retains no licence to client data or outputs. Website content and brand assets remain ours.
4. Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published here. Liability for any engagement is limited to the amounts paid under the applicable Statement of Work.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cadanti AI is registered. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
